If you canceled a vacation rental with Airbnb, Vrbo, or a similar short-term vacation rental agency and were not refunded the taxes you paid at booking, you may be eligible for compensation.
An investigation is currently being conducted to assess potential class action claims against these short-term rental agencies in relation to their possible failure to refund taxes that may have been owed to consumers after reservations were canceled. Whether cancelations were due to disasters (fires, hurricanes, etc.), by mutual or unilateral cancelation, or for other reasons, refund of the taxes paid for those bookings may still be owed.
If you believe you are owed a refund of these taxes, you may have the opportunity to participate in the investigation of potential claims, take part as a class participant, and potentially receive compensation. To get started, fill out the contact form below.
